The Challenge
The client was under significant time pressure to exit a large site and consolidate operations, with over 600 SKUs needing to be transferred. Most of these SKUs required customer trials, engagement, and sign-off, complicating the process further.
Our Approach
Mattingly provided hands-on project leadership and support:
- Met with internal stakeholders to understand existing high-level plans.
- Managed the project planning structure and processes on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence to ensure milestones were met.
